We are working towards creating inclusive, purpose-built academies offering full wraparound support for young people who need it most. These will be vibrant, multi-use community spaces - delivering education and wellbeing services during the day and opening to the wider community in the mornings and evenings for sport, workshops, and family sessions.

We believe that investing in young people uplifts families and transforms whole communities.

Unity by RLE is our inclusive, purpose-built academy network designed to empower young people and uplift communities through a holistic blend of sport, education, mentoring, and wellbeing support during the day - while welcoming the wider community in the mornings and evenings.

At Unity, we believe that real strength comes from connection. 

Our spaces bring young people together to learn, grow, and build resilience through tailored education, therapeutic services, mentoring, and physical activity. Sport and teamwork are at the heart of what we do, fostering confidence, discipline, and a sense of belonging that goes beyond the classroom and playing field.

But Unity by RLE is more than just a place for young people - it’s a community hub where families, neighbours, and local groups can come together. 

Our community sessions offer fitness classes, workshops, and family activities that promote wellbeing, inclusion, and shared growth.
