Within this role, you will contribute to supporting the implementation of clinically informed practices that support and enhance the emotional and social wellbeing of children.
This role requires a flexible, child-centered approach and the ability to work collaboratively with residential staff, social workers, and external agencies to create a trauma-informed and therapeutic environment.
