  RLE mentoring is delivered through four progressive levels.

Each level builds on the previous, ensuring young people experience trust, skill development, emotional support, and preparation for independence and contribution.  

As mentors, our role is to support young people to build connection, discover their purpose, develop their inner champion and raise aspirations - giving them the opportunity to flourish in a challenging world.

Traditional academic subjects may fill brains with information, but we believe that building character, self-confidence, real-life skills and resilience are equally important to young people in the modern day. 

It’s these attributes alongside technical skills that ensure our young people can compete in the jobs market of the future and contribute positively within their communities.
