Victoria Readfern - rle strategic support

 Vicky is a retired Police Officer with over 25 years’ experience of community and multiagency working, including specialist interview training for both suspects and victims. 

A former detective in the Professional Standards Branch investigating serious and complex crimes and the management of internal and external investigations.

She has extensive knowledge in all aspects of policing including neighbourhood policing where she has worked on multiagency projects alongside the community creating a safer place for young people to live, play and thrive. 

Vicky also has vast knowledge and experience of criminal investigations and the court justice system. 

Vicky has used her experience and knowledge as a co trainer in aspects of CSE, CCE, Human Trafficking, County lines, Restorative Practice, Police Custody Process, Appropriate Adult Schemes, Drug Familiarisation and Knife Crime to assist careers in looking after young people. 

Vicky has also held the role as a mentor to support vulnerable and high risk children and young people making positive impacts of their lives.
