 '  ‘I have worked alongside RLE in my residential settings for over a year. The experience of working with this service has been flawless. There is a clear passion and drive for ensuring outcomes for our young people are prioritised and multi-agency work is tailored to the young person’s needs, to ensure this is possible. 

RLE combines mentorship with education and is a robust way to bridge the gap in education, complying with all aspects of social care including the SCIFF. I have two settings which have adopted the RLE service, and both homes have benefitted widely from all they offer and have allowed my young people to flourish. My team and I work together with the team at RLE to ensure that every area of a child’s life is improving with intense support around challenges they may be facing.

The staff team from RLE have become a fundamental part of the homes and we pride ourselves on empowering the children to reach their full potential together. We are so proud. 

The adults and I around the young person cannot put into words how proud we are of the dedication our young person has given to their progress and ensuring they have positive outcomes in all areas of their life including intervention and support. There is clear evidence in the home of just how far our young person has progressed since moving to the home and this is a testimony to their resilience. They have shown this through challenging times they have faced in their education and clinical intervention journey. In terms of clinical intervention, it has not been an easy process for our young person, but they have continued to engage in work that at some points were extremely, emotionally challenging. We thank the Psychologist for all they have offered our young person as they have gone above and beyond. Our young person through support of the Psychologist now has tools to respond to stressful situations in a manner they can be proud of. Our young person is able to reflect and think about their own progress now which for me, is more important than anything else. RLE have helped our young person flourish.’
