Kelly Walne - EXECUTIVE BUSINESS Manager

Kelly is the Co-founder and Executive Business Manager at RLE, where she provides high-level administrative support and helps streamline key business functions. With several years of experience in office administration and organisational management, she plays a critical role in supporting senior leadership by coordinating meetings, managing communications, and overseeing various office-related tasks that ensure the business runs smoothly. 

Her background in finance allows her to assist with finance related tasks, and resource allocation, helping the company stay aligned with its financial goals. In addition, her attention to detail and organisational skills ensure that projects and administrative tasks are completed efficiently, allowing the team to focus on their core responsibilities. 

 Alongside her administrative expertise, Kelly has a strong passion for teaching and working with children. She has extensive experience offering musical lessons to young students, where she nurtured creativity, discipline, and a love for music, making a positive impact on students' personal and creative growth. Kelly believes in the power of education to empower young people and encourage them to explore their passions. 

Also, Kelly is an accomplished musician, having performed as part of an all-female band at the iconic Cavern Club in Liverpool. Her experience as a performer taught her valuable lessons in teamwork, discipline, and balancing creative pursuits with professional responsibilities, which she applies to her work at RLE.
