Hannah is a Registered Dance Movement Psychotherapist with a strong background in mental health, creative arts, and youth engagement. She is passionate about supporting young people and adults to recover, grow, and thrive through creative, evidence-based, and trauma-informed approaches. Her practice is centred on creating safe, inclusive spaces that foster communication, confidence, and emotional wellbeing.
With experience across community rehabilitation, crisis services, and educational settings, Hannah has worked with individuals experiencing complex mental health needs, neurodiversity, and emotional distress. She combines creativity with structure to ensure interventions are purposeful, responsive, and person-centred.
She is motivated by supporting individuals, particularly young people, to reconnect with their strengths and potential, using creativity and relational practice to build confidence, resilience, and a sense of purpose in their own unique journey.
